Clone a F2P game

Hi all

I am looking for someone able to clone Slotomania (F2P game with in-app purchases, cross platform experience, gamification engine...)

The idea would be to build the game engine and then add different skins, music, effects, change parameters... to generate different games using a backoffice.

My programming skills are zero but once the app was running I'll take care of getting quality users (I have a good method for finding whales)

Note: If you already have a F2P game developed I'm also willing to talk
