I had some Jobs to Re-skins game like "Tap Titans"

but i'm only can build using Construct 2. anyone can help me?

There are very few things that Construct 2 cannot do. The only considerations are performance, but honestly I think it is possible if you have the time to do so.

Well it is not small project as you can see, if you have already design available then can be done and will take at least 2-3 months to become available for alpha test.
