Does any of you knows how to created an NPC on this Mode7 for a Racing type game for C2.

I would like to know how to create another character npc to race with it in the mode7 for Construct 2, a character that can move around the tracks,

cause I don't see to move a sprite with the perspective behavior or Ground behavior either<<<
