Guest review sites?

I’ve been doing a lot of digging about on Google for websites or blogs that accept guest articles or reviews and have pretty much drawn a blank - perhaps it’s just the search criteria I enter, but the vast majority of sites I find have their last article posted in 2014 or similar and are pretty much dead.

So just wondering if anyone has or knows of a resource that lists app review sites that accept guest reviews or guest articles?
