I am developing a game, and I'm still in doubt whether I paid or free with ads. For me to make the best decision that I need to clarify these doubts:

-Ads are paid by the User see the announcement or they need to click as well?

-As yields per click / view?

i don't recommend to make paid game for mobile, unless you have great game.
