C2 games on Amazon

to publish an app on google play we have to pay for a developer account. to publish a free app on amazon, do we have to pay for an amazon developer account?

please, those people that have a game on amazon could tell me. thanks.

Which ad system would you use newt? I remember reading that Amazon has its own ad network? Would you try to make use of that?

I think you can use admob, you just have to make sure the ads don't offer a product from competing marketplace.
