Here's a useful behavior until it's included in the next big build; it allows you to add timers in a per-instance controlled way to objects.

I've updated the original file to add 'get elapsed', 'get remaining' and 'get length' expressions for timers.

I've just checked the old forum and the file is still available to download. Use THIS link. I've tested it and it's still ok, but it looks like there is already a newer version installed with Construct Classic by default, so you shouldn't really need it anyway <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle">
