SpriteBench
7500 sprites 64fps
8000 sprites 55fps
OVER 9000 45fps
<img src="http://dl.dropbox.com/u/604141/bench.png" border="0" />
11000 sprites 35fps
I stopped it there, since I figured I would never see that in a real-world situation. :P

I got a virus warning, I believe it's a false positive due to the npacker routine.
Anyway, interesting program - 16000 30fps on a 3.6ghz quadcore with a GTX460.
Nice , I got 10000 sprites on my lowspec pc and about 25000 on my high spec rig.gon@Khalan Yes it's npacker giving that false virus warning.I don't know why it does that <img src="smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0" align="middle" />
13.4k sprites at 40fps
+/- 14k sprites and 35FPS
This is actualy quite chearing. 14k x 32/32 sprites and still running well on present PC.
Thats draws a very nice far away distance for my game!
