Its took me about a year to work out how to play 'multi lines' but i finally solved it.

Screen shot of the new release...(might appeal, if your in to beatboxing)

Changed the build layout so it plays on 1 single line.

    Edit.

Just realised, i should have posted this in screenshots? is there a way to move it there?

  • Very cool, I remember when you showed the first version. Are you planning on releasing them someday? =]

The first release was downloaded a few thousand times, and that was just a demo so i might try selling this version?

Just got to write a new help guide.....keep you posted.

  • Reminds me of Dance EJay...

    .. good times.

Ive still got a copy of that...love it.

If anybody wants to have a play about with a Demo of the latest version, you can download a copy here:

    Beatbox2

(7.6 meg im afraid due to large amount of sound samples)

This version and is not fully functional, might be a bit buggy and has a couple of things missing:

1, No help (but if you hover the mouse over an object, the tooltip box should explain what it does)

    2, You cant save stuff.

The main difference between the old and new version, is the 'multiline' playbayback.

To illustrate this try the following:

    1, Start the program.

2, Select 'kenny wind 1' in Demo list.

3, Click the 'Multi play' button.

    Work in progress.

  • That's really cool, good luck with the development.

Q> How can I add sounds from Beatboxing Techniques list to a line? The list looks like sounds tab above, just mixed, what's the difference?

You can't add sounds from the Techniques list (they are already available to use in the sounds tab)

    Thanks.

    That's what I thought.

How far you're from the full version?

  • Try Construct 3

I have a version which is probably 96% 'working' but i keep finding stuff that I think could be improved.

I was hoping for a bit of feedback from anybody who downloaded the Demo.

Unfortunatelly, I can't help you with that. I'm not your target customer.

When I see someone doing beatboxing, I can say it's impressive, but I'm not much into it. I can only tell you, I haven't found any major bugs, flaws while trying the demo.

  • This is really good! The interface looks profeessional and sleek. But i would have used black/grey panels instead of blue.

I did try using black or very dark blue at one stage, but changed back to the lighter blue because some font shades didnt look as good.

    Thanks for your feedback.
