I see the movement RTS and I made a selection box. How would I make it to where I can select and control a unit?

Go to file - new - template and open up RTS basics. It's well commented and should get you well on your way.

Thank you. I like this program a lot. But one thing, the ghost shooter tutorial isn't up to date. It has different names for buttons. It tells me to press the movement, but the movement is now behaviors.

Yeah, a few things got renamed - Movements = behaviors, I'll have a run through it at some point and make sure its all up to date.

"Avoid moving over unit" seems not working very well as they move over themselves.
