Problem with inventory when SCROLL RATE = 0%

Hello guys. Again me and again with problem. What's now?

When i use this tutorial to make an inventory:

Problem is: When I set object and inventory layer to follow the screen by setting SCROLL RATE X and Y to 0% and then selecting object from inventory the object is flying away from mouse... And it's impossible to put it back without going back to the orginal position of layer...

No... I did not... Try to go away from spawn point to scroll the screen then move items in inventory. They will glitch and fly away.
