Opacity problem/confusion

I'm having this Character Select Screen where there's 2 "notepad" containing the info of 2 chars that has opacity set to 10%. When I move my mouse over to one notepad, it should set its opacity to 100%. But its not happening....

So what should I do? Heres my ummm .cap thing:

Also, the spawning of the chars seem to appear wrong..... Thanks in advance for any help!

Well, first of all, all the events I can see is to roll the mouse wheel up to make the Male folder light up, and that didn't work because your global Keyboard plugin is in the second Layout, not the first. Plus, you have two Keyboards (both global) in the second frame, so you should delete the second one.

Oh, wait, I forgot to change the mouse roll down thing into click on object. Anyway, I'll try what you said. Thanks.
