How to get object from UID in action?

event start:
    Objs={}

Before UID turn to Obj:
    for obj in AllObjFamily:
        if not Objs.has_key(obj.UID):
            Objects[obj.UID]=obj

UID turn to Obj:
    Objs[UID][/code:1y52zcka]
Anybody have other idea?
