Deleted a PV which caused an event to begin with an OR statement. However, the event was in a group that was marked "Disable By Default."

Is this something I should add to the bug tracker?

No, you can never start an event with an OR condition, even if it's disabled. If you enabled the group, you'd have an invalid event!
