It is pretty much as the title says.

Is there any simpler way to flip "everything" on the layout normally or with plugins or add-on? What I mean is for an imitation function to the Image Editor's horizontal and vertical flip button but for an entire layout (not necessarily massive in size yet relatively as lengthy as the Epic War side-scrolling series) and the objects in it.

Maybe you can try a Canvas object on a static layer (non-moving) above the layer of objects, and paste them into it. Then I think you can resize the image with a negative width to flip it maybe, but I've not tested this.
