deactivate object behind another

I want to make a sprite after whole template (with 50% alpha png). and when it is over another object, it is still possible to click on these object on back. is it possible to make that if one object is fully under another object,than it will not be possible to click and iteract with it?

It is even possible to make it ignore interaction under all circumstances. Just set collision to none.
