By shortcuts I assume you mean the tool menu?

If so, then no. You can only get the features that are there. You can move them around and add/remove ones you do/don't want... but you can't make your own.

ow thanks, i speaking because, when i want close in X button not close project and open more projects, is always open, this is a simple detail, because i can close project in project in project windows by right click in the project
