Fetching Api calls locally - http://localhost:3000/

Hey people! I am trying to fetch Data from localhost:3000/ for an easier work flow, and it is not working out,

any ideas on how to do it?

I have set a normal easy server with node js and express, and set my proxy to localhost

but still Nothing, with the same functions i am using I am able to call apis that are hosted on the web. but can not connect to my local apis

are you using SSL? you browser will block access if it is not secure. You can press f12 to get to devtools and check for errors...

Most modern browsers now treat localhost specifically as a secure host, even on HTTP, so you don't need SSL for localhost testing any more.

Fetching data from preview to localhost counts as a cross-domain request - see the section in the AJAX manual entry for more details.

The way I ended up solving my issue is switching from brave browser into google chrome,

even when i disabled all the script blocking and shielding of brave it still blocked my call,

in chrome it works smoothly.
