[SOLVED] How can I convert a C2 runtime plugin to C3 runtime (plugin CSV rex_rainbow's)

Hi! I am working on a project where I need to upload a CSV to work with it, previously I was working with rex's CSV plugin, but I only have a version with the C2 runtime, I really want to know if there is a way to convert the runtime, thank you!

PD: I tried to use "CSV to Array" but it's not what I need

I just found the plugin in a repository, I post the link for anyone to want download it.
