Ashley please fix Mobile Advert plugin - this not work on the web.
I think problem in including Google Ads code line. Please check this.
If we use for include google ads simple js like on this exemple support.google.com/adsense/answer/9955214
this work in html5 page but in on C2/C3 this plugin not work.
