Barcode Scanner/ qr code

I want a barcode scanner maeybe that i can use with construtc 3 like app,

example:

opening the app and touching a botton should

open the camera

check/ read the QR code, register register the qr code

if have 3 times the same or different code

Send a notofication that you win something

And maeby if i add user i can changes end a notification to the app like user and check the times that was repeting the code like admin, do you think that's posible on construct 3?

i´m using the qr code that have here like plugin but no is that, is not working like i want
