Selct Method Distribution Only Custom option is appear,

in the custom only 2 option are there

Exported > Xcode Project

using mac terminal installed cocoapods > BUild Project

Archive Project > Select Distribution Method > Custom

at the end Only Custom Distribution Method i see,

but for release need Connect itunes method
