what i did wrong in function? please see this

please look at these events. when i use action without function then its working perfectly but if i move these lines into function and then call back them their then its not working. please tell what is wrong i have done.

You need to pick icon_prew inside the function. If you need the same instance that was clicked, then send icon_prew.UID as a function parameter, and pick icon_prew by this UID.

I don't know. I don't like using triggers in sub-events. Try this:

On any key pressed
	Step="balloon" : add 1 to number
		Number=11 : Restart layout...

same thing is happening.

these events are working in construct 2 but in construct 3 it not working.

i do this because i have multiple triggers in sub events.

i tried to check Restart layout by simply

on any click > restart layout

it does nothing but everything paused and same thing was happening before

Don't know what can be the problem. Maybe the layout is restarted, but you don't see it? Do you have "persist" behavior on objects.

no i didn't use persist behavior. This is a single layout project with width 20000px. object is moving from left to right.

but i think problem is C2 to c3 conversion.

Original project was made in C2 and now i have switched that project to c3 i think this is the reason problem. I have tried by deleting all objects and events from the project except one and give that object bullet behavior and then tried on mouse click do restart layout. but still not restarting.

So now i am recreating project by re importing all objects from folder and then i will do copy paste events.

I hope it will work.
