Why does exporting to HTML make my game crash ?

I realized that the HTLM version of our game had 1/2 chance to crash when changing scene at the start of the game (when transitioning from the title screen to the game)...

It seem that firefox and edge don't have the crash at the beginning (so here I need a fix for chrome).

I think the "sad face" icon means the GPU driver crashed, or your game used too much memory and crashed. Check the memory usage is reasonable and try updating your graphics drivers.

After some testing I realized that when I go from the menu to the main scene the CPU usage goes to 100% and then stabilizes. According to the debug menu it comes from "engine and other". How can I solve this problem?
