I set a mobile advert for my game and want to build using phonegap

and when i build it's error and said

So,can someone help me what's happened ? and how to fix that

When i remove the mobile advert codes and try to build . Nothing happened and build successfuly

The PhoneGap Build service has effectively been retired, and doesn't work any more. Use Construct's own build service, or do manual builds with the Cordova CLI.

I tried using construct own build apk service and when i try it , the game force closed.What's happened ?
