Tutorial on certain type of game?

I am in need of a tutorial for making a game in the vein of the following: "Puyo Puyo", Dr. Mario, and etc.

All the Match 3 games I find are Candy Crush and I DO NOT want to make that. There's no good tutorial of this.

Does anyone know how to make a true Match 3 game that is not a Candy Crush Clone?

At the moment I'm trying to attempt this by creating Tetris, but it is definitely not the same.
