Tilemap doesn't show up

Hello,

I'm just getting started with Construct and so I started to do the Ghost Shooter tutorial.

I'm at the first page of the tutorial but I already ran into a problem: the tilemap doesn't show up in the layout. It doesn't display in the preview either.

The tutorial was pretty simple and straightforward, and I tried multiple times. Could it be a bug?

I think you need to be using the tiled background object for that tutorial rather than the tilemap object.

This is it! Thanks for the answer. I got confused because somehow the french version translated tile background with french words while tilemap was left identical. I just switched to english in order to avoid making silly mistakes like that again.
