Text scaling with fixed words

I have a normal text which is to be scaled smaller in an animation on the x-axis (turning the pages of a book). The scaling works, but the words do not remain fixed in the line, but ‘dance’ through the lines and new line breaks occur with every frame. what do I have to do? I have already tried SpriteFonts and screenshot, but without success...

Have you tried pasting your text to a Drawing Canvas and using the canvas to perform the animation? At that point you just need a tween "width" to achieve the result I think you want.

Instead of changing the font size, add the text to a hierarchy with a sprite — this could be the book page or an invisible sprite. The text should be a child in the hierarchy.

Then, when you scale the sprite, the text should scale smoothly with it while preserving the line structure.
