How do I stick an sprite to the layout?

im making this game for a university project, but im having some trouble with spesific things i want to add to the game:

how can i stick a sprite to the lay out, so it will saty in that same pisotion even if the player moves, btw its a jumper game same logic of doodle jump.

You are looking to position your sprite on its own layer with a parallax of 0,0.
