Setting default color scheme for comments?

Hello all and thank you for reading,

I was wondering if there is a way to set a default color for comments within the Event sheet?

For instance, I used the color code 249,249,0 as the text color for my comments, but have to set it each time. I was wondering if there is a way to have it automatically set that color code.
