How do I make a scroll up and down?

what i am trying to do is, when i click Sprite5 and drag it down, then those other objects should move up, but it should it not go higher then the block, as you can see the objects are in a block, and when drag sprite5 up, the objects appear..

i dont know how to do it lol

i have watched all tutorials, and still i cant get my scroll thing to work

The scroll down works, but now it has other problems

my "Plus" icon should stay at top corner left in that block, but now when i scroll down it moves along. and I dont want that

like a website, any website, text or icons are at a certain position, if scroll down they stay there, they only go invisible, if scroll back up they go visible again.

I cant get that to work.

I tried to get the file from your previous post, but it was only the .caporj - which doesn't include most of the files needed to run it. You need to post a .capx or .C3P file for us to take a look.
