How do I Save Animation Positions from layout to layout and back?

I have the main game layout, then I have a help layout.

#1 the save "mysave" load my save works on testing with my pc, doesn't always work on my android phone.

#2 Its a clicker/idle game and I have a "How to play" layout as well through a help button. And all the numeric values save just fine but I have 6 progress bars and their positions don't get saved across layouts. I tried timescale seemed to work but on hitting the start button on help to go back to the game.

I does nothing like it's not un-pausing the game.
