How do I prevent this annoying "unknown error while saving project" to occur?

Hi all. This error has been bugging me for months now. It's like so random that you suddenly can't save your project which is working fine the day before. It's stuck everytime on 98.4% while saving, then this error just pops up. I tried searching the forums but nothing helped. Tried saving it using another file name, still the same error. Worst part is, I didn't change anything in the project, just hit save and then this error.

Any tips or help is truly appreciated.
