Is it possible to create game with pngs in high resolution but export with lower resolution pngs?

Hi everyone,

please Is it possible to create game with high resolution bitmaps but export with bitmaps in lower resolution?

For example I want same game to export for Android in high resolution with high image resolutions. But as a HTML5 version of game I need low resolution with low image resolutions.

Is there some way so I don't need to make 2 versions of game please?
