Check in layer properties whether it set to "Force own texture" or transparency unchecked.
A common mistake is to have a layer with an opaque background above another layer that you are editing, which would look like that.
Im sorry, can you elaborate on that. This does not normally happen on my other projects and my opacity is 100% can you explain what you mean?
As others mentioned, check these settings for all layers:
Opacity=100
Transparent=Yes
Blend mode=Normal
All the settings are fine. It could be a computer issue?
The quickest way to help is usually to share your project.
How so?
Upload the project file to file sharing cloud such as dropbox, google drive, one drive or similar then share the link with given access here.
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
drive.google.com/file/d/1vXTSAsRTAv3MlbB7ivXPYfbqQDkXzfrR/view
That's an exported project. It's not possible to open that in Construct.
Im so so sorry can you help me with exporting it the right way?
Don't export it. Save as a single file (C3P) and upload.
Project -> Save As -> Save as single file
the only options are to make a copy, cloud save, or save to local browser
Download a copy then.
