How do I load rewarded video ads without showing?

When you create the rewarded video, there's a option called 'show', if you set it to false it should just load but not show until you call the 'Show video advert' action, I think.

Actually I already did this but when I tap the button, I am still waiting a while depending on internet speed (3-10 seconds). But when I play other games and click the button to earn something on game, the ads shows immediately. In this way I can understand that the ads already loaded on background.

Would be nice to have some example projects to see how to implement all the various ad formats (Banner Ads / Interstitials / Rewarded Video Ads).

Or at least some guide with the event order to follow (request video, load video & show video) ...

Something like the new local storage example would be great.
