How do I get this line to be solid when drawing?

THE PROBLEM

I am making a simple mobile game where you tilt the device and the little pencil on the screen moves. When drawing though, I have run into a problem that I cannot seem to fix. While holding down touch and moving the pencil when drawing there are gaps in the line it's creating.
