How do I make lightning/electric effect？

I need lightning/electric effect.

Tried to use art animation to make it.

Good performance when static.

But there is no way to move like particle effects.

Dash,jump,attack,etc.

Example effects using C3 are more like flames than lightning/electric.

How do I make it？
