Keep the character standing while the ground uses bullet behavior

Hey guys, I've a noob problem, I want to make an infinite runner, and when I give the floor a bullet behavior, it drags the character along, I want the character to be still, that is, not really running, it's just the floor that moves and looks like it's running.
