IOS can't execute "Every tick" or "Every x seconds"

Hi guys, I have a issues with IOS.

My game will not execute most system events on IOS devices, So I tried to test these functions with a new project, but they still can’t work properly.

This is project Event :

And this is test with PC :

But when I test with iPad, it can't work :

(Touch event can work correctly, but system event can't)

My ipad is iPad (6th generation) A1893, anyone can help me?
