I'm looking to invoke mailto: and url text in browser game

Hi there,

I'm using Construct 3

I have a browser project that could use a open url and "mail to" hyperlink from text on a game's web page? I'd like it to be text (not a graphic to click) that is hyperlinked (you know.. http://part12studios.com and usually mailto:email@address.com works similarly but not in here.

I know RexRainbow had a plugin called "tag text" for C2 and I've reached out to Rex already to see if he can port that plugin over, but I still wonder if there isn't some other way in C3 to do it that I'm not familiar with.
