I have seen this notification on my Google play developer console...

Action required: Migrate to supported version of Google Play Billing Library

deadline for this is August 31.

I have updated version of Construct 3 to latest beta 402.2, but this hasn't helped.

What can I do about this please!

I think sometimes you just need to wait for the message to go away. I've heard from other people the message does not update immediately, which is annoying as it makes people think the problem is not fixed when it is.
