How do I make game loading times in android faster?

I added the MobileAdvert plusin, when exporting to Android open the game, the black screen loading time became more than 10 seconds. Is the problem caused by the MobileAdvert plusin? How to solve it?

Disable adverts and try it again, is the loading time the same? Check the memory usage also.
