follow behavior

The follower's delay time is 5 seconds. As soon as these 5 seconds are over, he instantly teleports to the main character. I want it to not instantly teleport, but to mimic its previous movements.

(When from current position is set to true, it walks on the character in a straight line instead of following the initial movements of the character)

Why would it instantly teleport to the player ? There's no evidence here of why it would do that, your events are a copy of the tutorial so it shouldn't be doing that. Show us a video.
