How do i fix the launching error when trying to load Construct 3?

ive used construct in the past but now when i try to launch it it just says oops there was an error loading construct ERROR DETAILS: OBJECT EVENT. Ive tried everything i know to try, i even disabled all of my browser extensions and cleared my cache but still nothing works. it says that kaspersky internet protection is known to have problems with construct but even after disabling it nothing works. i have kaspersky full protection on my computer but it has been inactive for years. somebody pleas help i just wanna use construct.

Sometimes it can be good to test in a incognito window, just to make sure their are no settings in your browser.

I would also try using another brower, i use chrome.

When if you still get the error, open the browser dev tools and take a screenshot of the console and network information.

Then it will be easier to help you.
