How do I fix FPS and CPU when use multiplayer plugin?

Hi everyone! I create simple project but peer have too high CPU and too low FPS sometimes. How do i can fix it?

I have already published a topic on the Github about the difficulties with the multiplayer on C3, but Ashley ignored it, did not consider it a bug.
