To test and export with cordova. I receive an error message.
So i wonder what is the privacy policy url and where i find it?

Do you have a website for your game?
If you've got a wordpress site or something, create a privacy-policy.html and link that up.

Create a page on google sites sites.google.com/new it's very easy
And there are websites that can generate Privacy Policy text for you, search for "privacy policy generator" in google.
