How do file & folder handling.

I wish to retrieve a list of folders with a specific extension from a specific folder path. Then retrieve a list of files within one of the folders obtained above, also with a specific extension. Then from this second list use these files with specific names as the image for predefined sprites &/or the sound files to be played by those sprites’ actions. And I wish to do this all at runtime.

I cannot see how Construct 3 out-of-the-box can do all this.

Is there an Addon &/or extension that can do all this?
