So I have to export my game for IOS but I have the issue that searching on the app store I can't find Xcode so I think it is not available for IPad or atleast not on the app store, so I wanted to know what method or program I can use to export my game for IOS using the IPad, and if I can't use it what other possibility do I have if I don't have a MAC?

You have to have access to a macOS system to publish to the App Store. This is a restriction imposed by Apple.
