I am working on a game where when the player kills an enemy, a random (1 of 2) item should spawn on the next layout.
It is supposed to go like this...
- the player shoots the enemy with a projectile several times
- the enemy dies
- a door spawns on the top of the layout
- the player walks through the door
- the layout goes to the next layout
- in the next layout a random item (of two items) should be sitting there
My problems are...
- the door does not spawn (it did spawn and worked perfectly until I added the random item to spawn instead of a fixed item to spawn)
- the item does not spawn (it did when there was only 1 item and I could set it to the fixed item)
